We are glad to inform you that the UBS Translators Training Workshop held in BBS premises Dhaka from April 4-8, 2016. 20 Bible Scholars and translators from Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar and Bangladesh participated in that training workshop. UBS Global Translation Coordinator Dr. Steven M. Voth and UBS Global Translation Advisors Dr. Yu Suee Yan, and Dr. Simon Wong has facilitated the workshop. We are also Thankful to our honorable Chairman of BBS Board and Convener, Translation Sub-committee, BBS for their presence.
The main topic for the workshop was Biblical Exegesis. The participants have learnt about ParaTExt too.
